Nick Aponte is a Miami-based music producer, educator, and visual artist. A versatile and prolific musician, he has composed original music in various genres for several nationally and internationally recognized projects and advertisements since 2014. He is known for leading his ever-evolving, indie-pop ensemble, Bed Scene, featured on WSVN 7News program Deco Drive and 2021's III Points Music, Art & Technology Festival lineup.
Nick graduated with a BA in Electronic Production & Design from Berklee College of Music in 2013 and graduated with an MA in Music Education from the University of South Florida in 2022, studying under published author and music educator Clint Randles. Since 2020, he has focused on teaching music specializing in elementary guitar and piano and music production using Ableton Live.
As a visual artist, Nick makes colorful pop art-inspired collages that incorporate maximalism, abstract imagery, and symmetry, evoking a vibrant and psychedelic style. Nick aims to continue exploring self-expression in different art mediums using his technical and creative skill-set.
